NHL Auctions National Hockey League Deceptive practices on their auctions New York New York
I was sent an emaikl about some sports collectibles being auctioned off by the National Hockey league (NHL) that contained a link dierectly to the auction. I bid on several items. When the auction ended I was the highest bidder but did I get my items? No. They extended the auctions. Not for 5 minutes or even 5 hours but for FIVE DAYS!!!!! What a rip-off. Yes, there was a note that said the auction could be extended but it didn't say it could be extended indefinitely.
