Woodbridge,#2REBUTTAL Individual responds

I have reviewed the report of Brian posted in July of 2008. Often people pack small items and telephone to state that something is missing immediately after the move. Except for him, the items are always found after unpacking. This customer telephoned after his move to state his $250.00 camera was missing. (Although the Law in the State of New Jersey does not hold us responsible for broken or missing items that were prepacked by the customer) I did not ignore the customer. I investigated this matter with the employees who were present throughout the move. I contacted Brian to relate that our search did not reveal his lost camera. I requested that he forward a receipt for the camera in order to determine if in fact a camera existed. I did this at the advice of my lawyer who told me that there are many people who will try to rip me off, because they know we are very concerned about our reputation. Brian never produced a receipt for the camera and let the matter drop. We even wrote him a letter that he never responded to. We feel that this posting is completely unfair. You can check with the Better Business Bureau to see that there are absolutely no complaints against our company. In fact, I am forwarding you 26 written recommendations from customers and a Certificate from the Better Business Bureau and request you post them along with my rebuttal.
