This "Attorney" Nicklaus Misiti who says he has all this experience with Clients just started his own law firm a few weeks ago. He is currently being investigated by the New York State Bureau of Frauds for stealing and robbing Food Stamps and other financial benefits from the great State of New York in the worst economy in history, thus depriving really needy and starving children and families of food - what does that mean for his "clients?" If he has the balls to steal from New York State how does this guy even keep his law license? Why hasn't the New York Departmental Disciplinary Committee stripped this thieving p***k of his law license yet? And why does he say he has "extensive experience" on his website, with supposedly having clients from 6 months ago, when the guy only graduated law school in 2008? According to the criminal investigation against him, this guy is a con, he is a fraud, and thats not just me saying it, that's the State of New York saying it. He stole and robbed from me countless times and all I can say is BEWARE and stay away from this guy! He will rob you blind!

My name is Rameshwor and I am a client of Mr. Nicklaus Misiti since nine months and he have been handling my case. I have personally recommended other clients to him whom I knew personally seeing his professionalism. In nine months from what I have been dealing with this attorney and how he have been handling me and my case is truly outstanding. He is definitely not a cheater and having signed a retainer contract with his firm, I affirm this statement. He is rather helpful, responsive and takes the needs of the client seriously. About his establishment as an attorney, he never said how good he is or not and never guaranteed my case for the sake of money. What he said was, he was going to do his best as an attorney. He notified me of the circumstances of my case before he even took my case and explained properly what his roles are as an attorney. In the report above, in my personal belief, some one is trying to degrade him for his/her own personal reasons and as his consumer I decline the report and to my best knowledge he is very knowledgeable in his field of immigration and you can see him helping people in forums all the time.

I am an attorney practicing in the greater NYC area and have known Nick since my first year of law school. Based on my personal experience with Nick, I know him to be a hard-working, diligent, and knowledgeable attorney, particularly in the field of immigration law. As an attorney myself, I personally have referred clients to him that were in need of legal counseling with regard to immigration issues.
Notwithstanding my personal experience with Nick, I have to question the motives of "Oleg Magoo" from "Baton Rouge, Louisiana." In my opinion, the post is blatant character assassination submitted by an individual who quite plainly ignored the posting rules of this site in order to slander Nick's professional reputation. I do not claim to know why "Mr. Magoo" chose to take an potshot at Nick, but doing so in a libelous and anonymous fashion is both cowardly and childish. If "Mr. Magoo" actually had a legitimate issue, I submit that he would have not posted in such a ignominious manner.
The upshot is that I wholeheartedly disagree with "Mr. Magoo." Nick is an outstanding lawyer who has earned a reputation for both fairness and zealously representing his clients.
