Tired of old car problems bought New Car guess what?!

This is a New car. A Nissan-2006- had a few weeks- first rain my car is flooded several inches. My study Books are destroyed, amount over $100.00. They did not seal the bottom of my car. My car was flooded with several inches of water. In a moving vehicle on the road for the water to travel where it will. Behind the seats, under the floorboard carpet.

I asked to get another car properly sealed. Nissan North America told me they were in no position to buy back my car. I asked them would they sell me a car with 2 wheels, they said no. I said, you sold me an incomplete car. The bottom was not sealed. I am told by the dealership repair man that my car sat a few days inside to dry out. That was the repair that was done. Then it was sealed up. I told him water does not sit still, all those inches of water were all did it go? I don't want a car that smells like mildew! Plus this is the damage I saw what about what I did not see. Rust in-between panels in a few months only who knows where. I have already found out that the water damage deprecated my new car several thousand dollars. I have had this car just a few weeks! They told me they had one other customer this happened to but the case was not as serveir as mine. I said fine give me his number and let me see if he is satisfied with his repairs and the history of the longevity of the repairs. You have that customer number as much as I do. I have been involved in a painting business since 1972. I know all about sealing up anything with any type of condensation on the inside of medal. Rust!

They tell me not to worry I have 36 month warranty to cover that. I am 54 years old. This is the first new car I have ever had. I have waited a long time. I thought thay stood behind their products. It is not fair that a incomplete car is sold to me as a new car, with water damage and repairs done, damage I have seen and know of, not counting what I have not seen. Lies, No number would they give me to check out their story, no reimbursement for the destroyed books as they promised. Nothing so far except they want me to take back a dried out car. None of the objects that got wet that I also left in the car dried out. I still have them. They are soaked. I do not know where they let my car set, in a so called, " controlled environment. ", I took pictures. They have a small 3 bay stall, they are overloaded with repairs. They need my car out of the way. What controlled environment? So far I have discovered lies. No replacement of the destroyed values, no number for me to verify the other so call water damage repairs that were minor, they said not as severe as mine. The manager of Nissan in Lumberton NC told me that I was right and that Nissan needed to do what was right. I am paying for a 26,000 dollar car to sit on their lot.
