You should stand behind your product. Basically, you build your cars to run only 36,000 miles then it starts to fall apart. As a consumer you should recall the car to replace all transmissions. I will continue to put the word out on all social networks to all consumers. BUYER BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM NISSAN.

Nissan is under no obligation to honor your request for free service because your vehicle is no longer covered by the 3-year/36,000 mile basic coverage and the 5-year/60,000 mile drivetrain warranties.
"I did not purchase an extended warranty"
You did not purchase an extended warranty but you expect the same coverage as those that did purchase the extended warranty. Not a rip-off.
