Nitsua Marketing - Vacations In Paradise - Sunrise Vacations Fraud Alert ripoff Collinwood Ontario
After signing up for VIP's collinwood vacation package I was offered to pay over 2 years interest free. I signed a credit agreement to pay 24 payments over the 2 year period.
VIP in turn sold the credit memo to another company without notifying me. They then proceeded to collect the monthly payments.
In June, VIP phoned me to collect the outstanding balance and release me from my credit memo. This I did and I got a letter and a copy of my credit memo marked as paid in full.
I recieved a phone call from Northstar Vacations (a Frank Jolanni @ 905 850 3379) who claims to be the owner of my credit memo. He claims that VIP sold all their credit memo's and he is owed the outstanding ballances for all the people who joined VIP. He is now looking to get paid for the money for the outstanding balance from VIP's agreement.
