Nix Trucking LLC Nix trucking took my pay for a rejected load without twlling me. Haltom City Texas
I started working for this company on 8/2017. All things weren't great, but what job is? However, as time went on and most of the office personnel quit, things went bad quickly. Payroll began to get slower, meaning it.may be next week before you get paid for the previous week. Valeria constantly bugs you for scanned bills, but she "doesn't do" payroll, Deyan the owner does. She's only the statement processor. When you do scan, you don't get paid til she has the originals. Well, Deyan then goes in and tells her what bills to pay you. Fast forward, 3 weeks ago niagara in dallas overloaded me 3times. At the last re-work, niagara gave me a new seal, but put it in the trailer. Two days later i get there, niagara rejected the load.
So, Nix decided to take $1,000 of my pay for reject. They did not bother to explain nor tell me. I only found out when rhe direct deposit hit my account. What's cold is i talked to deyan rhat same morning n he said nothing about it. Poor Valeria was scared to tell me. I quit. I was also called a n***a b***h by their yard personnel while admin did norhing. Here it is 2 weeks after my departure n still haven't been paid. Lord knows somebody gotta do something about companies like this. Politicians want to make the drivers look bad, but what about the companies that keep our pay, slander us, wreck our reports and leave us to the wolves when they don't pay and we find ourselves at the brink of homelessness? Who helps us?
