I take exception to the comments left by [email protected]. I have an ongoing issue with them, and the email exchange is up to 12 emails on each side now. Their customer service can be rated as very poor. Their CSR's take no ownership of cases, and are quick to call a case resolved when it is not. I too would like the CEO contact information... But I think I will be hard pressed to get it. I have never been ripped off by this company, and have successfully received credits and refunds, but getting answers to very simple questions is impossible!
