This company offers voice communication services as well as other things to consumers. It was hacked and the consumer was left without the service which they paid for. They have no one you can talk to. All you can do is submit a ticket (without getting any kind of response whatsoever). They state they are working on it. They offer a service called clanpay in which the members of your group can make donations to your account. All of these payments have disappeared leaving the consumer to explain to their group where their money has gone to. Still no communication. I had upgraded my service with them from the time I originally started from 10slots, to 35 slots.... when my service came back online, which I had to manually restart myself (based off of a public statement on their website) it was only a 10slot. I have my bank records for when they charged me for upgrading my service, I had a 35slot server when they interrupted my service.

The most frustrating thing is the total lack of communication or response to my issue. I've had a ticket in for three days with no resolution or anything other than a copy/paste response that says, " sorry, problems, we work on it, thanks for patience"

I am out of patience, I had to go find another provider b/c the people that I bought the server for require the service. Imagine that, what a brain-buster.

I am posting this b/c of my experience. If it is not made right with a response and acceptable outcome I will be filing a BBB complaint on this entity.

It took 8 days to get back online, and things corrected. I am not happy that I am refused a refund for the prorated amount of unused service. I had to go buy service elsewhere and now I have two providers for the same service. However I do understand that if Darkstar credited everyone who left them during their outage... well they probably don't have enough money for that. I think once everyones contracts are up for service they've already paid for this company will be in a bind. I did have a very nice customer support person named Brett help me once all was said and done. It took far, far too long to get to me, and I am not happy with the outcome. But he was professional and helpful.
