WARNING LAND AGENT SERIAL FRAUDSTER!!!
We are a professional london based estate agent and have been attempted to be defrauded by Noel Groves, this fraudster is claiming to be a land agent. we have carried out due dilligence and believe this man is operating from his home in Croydon. The fruad carried out by Noel Groves is widespead targetting Estate agents Property Developers and anyone he can get his hands on. He will Get you to sign a Document or Lock Out Agreement to take on his services..... Please do not fall for this Con Artits attempts to steal your money.
He has Conned an associate out of £1000's of pounds!!! Do not be fooled by his soft speaking articulated approach. he will take you to court for bogus claims. He does not have ANY land or any real preposition, just a cruel attempt to defraud you. Last week he attempted to con a client of mine claiming he had exclusive land at a london property event for over £10,000.
NOEL GROVES IS NOT A LAND AGENT. HE IS A OOPORTUNISTIC FRAUDSTER. DEAL WITH REPUTABLE ARLA ACCREDITED LAND AGENTS NOT CON MEN LIKE NOEL GROVES.
YOU HAVE BEEN WANRED. PLEASE HELP TO COMBAT FRAUD AND CONSIDER USING REPUTABLE ESTATE AGENTS.
