old scam, bait and switch, their name and their service are 180 degrees apart. one cannot buy topiramate without a doctor's rx at noprescriptioneeded.com. they need to remove the (no) part of their website name.

There is no "Bait and switch" here . . . just a lack of reading and understanding.
