Nor Cal Satellite Emporium LIED ABOUT MY MONTHLY BILL & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Redding California
About a year ago I switched from Cable TV to Satellite TV. I decided to shop at Nor CAl Satellite Emporium in Redding Ca. I thought that with a business name that had the word "Emporium" in it, it must be a large and decent company. I should have followed my senses when I arrived at thei so called "Emporium", and should have turned around and left. The place was about the size of my garage.
Anyways, a man who looked like an 80's porn star who said he was the big time owner, told me that he is the best price in town, and all of the other Retailers in town would charge way more, and were known to steal customers identity. I was shocked with what was told to me, as well as scarred. I also was thinking twice when thei installer came to my house, driving a old 1980's Van and used old metal ladders that looked broken to install the dish right where I told him I didnt want it!.
A successful company you think would be driving newer up to date vehicles. Anyways, so I got talked into doing business with Nor CAl. They promised that my bill would only be $40.00 a month and not a cent higher. My first bill I received was over $75.00, and every bill after that was about $50.00 a month. I know it is only $10.00 more, but it is the point that I was told different.
I called Nor Cals office about 20 times in a month, and was always told that they would check into it and call me back. HA! Almost a year later, and my bill is now around $58.00 a month and havent changed any programming. The best part is, I tried to cancel my service, and Dishnetwork wanted to charge me $250.00 to cancel. Turned out I was in a FREAKIN CONTRACT FOR 18 MONTHS, THAT I WAS NOT TOLD ANYTHING ABOUT "EVER"!!!!!!!
Satellite TV service is great if you knew the REAL pricing before hand, and if you KNEW you were gonna be in a CONTRACT! MY OPINION TO EVERYONE IN SHASTA COUNTY TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. If I knew about this website earlier, I would have warned people sooner to run the other way if approached by Nor CAl Satellite Emporium. HAHAHAHA. Someone needs to look up emporium in the dictionary, funny funny smart fellows!!

Dont buy Satellite TV from Nor Cal Satellite

If you want Satellite TV service, think twice before going to Nor Cal Satellite. These guys sale your social socurity number to many other companies, and build false accounts to gain commissions because they cant get their own business. Dwayne Milton the owner of this shack is just like a lawyer, he lies for a living. If you call their store, they keep your phone number from caller ID and has employees call them throughout the year to telemarket their service. I currently work for these people only because I need a job right now. Iam telling my inside secrets because I feel guilty for practicing crooked schems to make sales. I honestly dont know how this company stays in business. I have spoke to the Labor Board about the illigal ways of Nor Cal Satellite, and they told me that there has been many complaints and a investigation is underway. I could lose my job at any time when Nor Cal gets shut down, but I would feel better on the inside. I dont let my wife or 10 year old daughter come to my work because Dwayne Milton makes them feel wierd. Dwayne always touches my daughter and flirts like a pedifile. My wife works for a lawyer and wants to sue him, but I wont let her until I find a new job first. I dont want to lie or rip you off so please take my word for it and dont ever do business with Dwayne and his Nor Cal Satellite. Be aware of them!
