In November 2019 , I ordered five items from the company. Then I learned that the company is in China and uses deceptive advertising and is a scam. They use photos from other legitimate online companies. Notice in the photos they don't show the faces. Positive reviews posted on their website are fake. ( Note spelling errors)
I also learned that if I wanted to return an item I would have to pay for shipping to China.
I immediately canceled my order and received an automatic message saying I was unable to cancel my order because items have been shipped, and provided an invalid tracking number.
After sending numerous emails to customer service with no reply, I contacted my bank to file a dispute for not receiving merchandise. I informed Nora Cora about the dispute and they immediately sent me an email saying one of the items is being shipped. I replied with an email informing company that I requested a refund for not receiving items promised in the time promised that is stated on the company's website and I informed the company that I would refuse the package when it arrived.
When the package arrived from China to the post office, I refused it and the post office kindly returned it to China and I did not have to pay any postage. For this reason I recommend that you do not open any packages from this company, refuse package and ask the post office to return it because you are refusing it and take a photo of the label on the package showing you are refusing it and ask for a receipt from the post office.
I filed a dispute with my bank for not receiving merchandise (4 items) and returning one item. I submitted proof of photos of returning the 1 item. The bank refunded me the entire disputed amount of $124. At the same time I replaced my debit card that I used when I ordered from this company.
