I was contacted by Mr. Wagner with North Texas Careers as a result of him seeing my resume posted on the internet applying for jobs. I made an appointment with him. Basically he insulated my age, my current resume (which I have paid to have professtionally prepared), and indicated that I probably didn't even interview well.
So he tells me for $895.00 he can get me training on how to interview, redo my bad resume and tells me I will have to make sure I come to training in a demanding way, as well as him marketing me for the 4500 jobs that are never posted. So I need to give $445.00 half now to get started and the $450.00 will be due after the training. He said to checkout the BBB rating of A+ which means nothing these days. I said I would get back to him after I do my research.
So I checked the BBB and found the alternate names listed, which included the DFW Career Search, googled it and it brought up the Rip Off Report #918066 with the same address and Wagner's name, different Phone # of 972-819-3888 vs 972-819-3858. So basically the same guy and office and a SCAM too as they are always changing up the names to fool people.
So sent him an email that I was not interested. So keep your money and stay away from this guy and any thing like this.
