Complaint Review: North United Van Lines - Bayonne New Jersey

Man Man Man, this company is a big scam. Just read my emails with no reply back. Fax the Mayor's office for this district 1-201-339-0989.

It is impossible that I have 9000 to 8500 lbs on this truck. Each cardboard box would have to weight over 300 lbs.

Please adjust the total price of this contract to reflect the above weight so we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Contract items:

45 box ( 28 lbs a Piece) = 630 lbs

Dresser = this item is not on the truck

Dresser = 141lbs

3 seat couch, 2 seat couch, 2 seat couch = (all one item, sectional sofa) = 300 lbs

Dresser = 141lbs

Washer = 141lbs

Dryer = 111lbs

Chair = 100 lbs

TV = 45 lbs

Refrigerator = 300 lbs

desk,desk stand,desk stand = (all one item, computer desk) = 158 lbs

Total weight is 2067 lbs

It is impossible that I have 9000 to 8500 lbs on this truck. Each cardboard box would have to weight over 200 lbs.

Please adjust the total price of this contract to reflect the above weight so we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.

P.S please follow the provided links below to get the weight of some of the heavier items being shipped.
