I am also a victim of Northstar Alarm scam. Even after my three year contract has expired and I asked to cancel, this company wants a fourth year contract in order to cancel. When you call customer service you are dealing with professional ripoff personal. I can't say enough about this company. I myself have talked out over 20 customers from dealing with NorthStar, even after 5 years I still let everyone around me know about NorthStar and reffer them to this site. That is the least I can do to minimize their crime.

I'm sorry to hear there were misunderstandings with the contract. Thank you for mentioning the problems you experienced with our billing; now we can improve our processes in the future. I know how frustrating it can be to close bank accounts to protect your money. We want to make sure we are being fair to our customers and that both parties are receiving what was agreed to in the contract.
