Scammers. Scammed me big time.  Never received warranty coverage i still owe thousands to the bank for, not to mention repair bills.  They do not hesitate to make their own handwritten corrections to typed paperwork after a purchase anyways.  I wouldn't believe a single word what they tell you that you are buying.  They actually forged a signature... cannot add anymore details as I will be taking legal action against them.  


 


I'll probably get a follow up comment on here as potential buyers need to be aware and I am sharing what they have done to me - yes I'm sure this is the correct dealer I have the paperwork in front of me and I'm not calling anymore because if its not... busy with a customer, out to lunch, not in, out sick, left early, messages are pointless... either they know its way past that level when other agencies have been involved so its more of their deceit surfacing hoping my statement doesn't deter future victims.  Love the car though, one of their best offerings right in the showroom... just wouldve been nice if I agreed to what I've financially obligated to now, which is nearing $10k to date.  What they did was illegal, I can't even say beware this needs to be 100% AVOID!

2007 CLS550 purchase date 1/14/12

Either produce the bumper to bumper 100k warranty Sal told me I was buying or give my money back. .

Figured I'd give you the chance to make good on it, oh well.  

You think this is a big game, its illegal to forge signatures.

Hello WW. I am assuming that you are the same person from Glendale who has posted this claim on another website.  As mentioned there, we have no record of doing business with you, based on the limited information you provide about yourself. However, I, as the Manager of Northstar, assure you that we take your claims very seriously and want to resolve this matter.  It is simply not our practice to engage in fraudulent activity or ignore our customers.  I want to follow up with you personally.
