I recently got an email telling me the order was shipped, and then another email 2 days later saying the site was updated to say the order was shipped. A week later i recieved my shipment. The products dont look anything like they are displayed on the site, the glass work is half assed, its noth thick at all, the coloring is horrible, honestly a 2 year old could have done better. I payed over 50 dollars to get free shipping and a free item... i did not recieve my free item! even though the glass work is horrible i want the item! Please ned me the item! i am going to forllow up and update my report with the district attourney, they all ready emailed me and told me they are investigating them.

I have filed a complaint with the attorney general of washington. I intend to proceed with my stated actions and file a complaint also with the FBI Internet Fraud Divison, and also their local police department. To Northwest Glass Art please contact me so we can resolve this issue in a mature proffesional manner! If we can rectify this situation I may be willing to drop my complaints.

Northwest Glass Art, I am extremely dissatisfied with your service, As shown below I placed an order on December 08, 2005, it is December 16, 2005 now and the order still says processing when I visit your web site. I have since filed a report with Ripoffreport.com (a division of the Better Business Bureau). I see that many other of your customers are also experiencing similar issues. I have tried to contact you numerous times and have still not received a response. If this issue is not resolved in a timely manner in a mature way I WILL file a complaint with the Attorney General of Washington, The Lynnwood police department and the FBI's Internet Fraud Division, and I will see that you are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! I have already waited long enough, I give you 1 day. If I do not hear from you by 5 O'clock Eeastern Standard Time on Saturday, December 17, 2005 you will be reported. Consider yourself warned! I highly anticipate your response! Sincerely,
