Recently my other half and I bought a 2002 f-250 7.3 turbo diesel truck that was in an 8 inch lift, on 28 nito grapplers with four doors. We traded in our two door, 93 f-250 7.3 non turbo two door lifted truck and put down rough 9,000$. A month after having the truck and making out first payment the call and tell us that the ford we got had been totaled 3 times by the Previous owners. So they had to take our truck back. And they did so. In return we were able to pick what we wanted on a different truck same year with less miles on it.

Plus it was stock and only had one owner. A brand new 8in lift, shocks, tires, rims and we were supposed to get our exhaust put on this new truck along with the h.i.d's and cold air intake. Once we got the phone call that our truck was finish we went do to pick it up and see the exhaust and h.i.d's were not put on the truck. We had to instal the lights ourselves. We had the truck for less than three days before it had to go back to the shop due to a diesel leak coming from the motor and the rear breaks were not fully disengaging.

They fixed the issue but it took them 4 days. The day after we got our truck back we went up to the mountains with some friends that were driving a little Kia car. This little car went everywhere our truck did and it is currently running just like it did before we went up there. But that wasn't the case for our ford. When we were driving home the back end felt like a slinky. Something wasn't right. When we got home and checked out the problem we found both rear shocks resting up against our spare tire!! With no bolts to be found!

Since that had happened the following morning we went to look to see if anything else could possibly be wrong with the truck and with doing that we saw that the front axel wasn't bolted down all the way!!! We have done nothing to have this issue with our truck. We went to NW told them what happened, showed the the photos and made them come tow it to the shop. At this point we have had the truck a total of 5 days the rest of the time it's been in their shop. Today we went to go pick it up once again we were told it was 100% done. Which was a load of crap! The exhaust still was placed on the ford, the shocks on the rear end were bolted into their proper place, but they were not replaced. They we no longer any good due to the fact the weren't attached and were banging up against the tire and bed of the truck.

To top it all off the front end still was not bolted down all the way!! We had no where near these amount of issues with a truck that had been totaled 3!! We are now going to try and having a meeting with the owner, the manger of the dealer ship, the shop manager, the salesmen and the mechanic who has been working on our truck this whole time to see what the hell is going on!! They are screwing up all over the place on their end! We are still contacting a lawyer Because what has happened is a load of crap and I am done! I will never recommend a person to buy a vehicle from them! We and several others have experienced nothing but problems! I will post pictures of the truck as soon as possible.
