Norwiegan cruise lime Ncl Dream trip disappointment Miami Florida
November 2016 we booked a criuse going to the western mediterrainian leaving from rome sailing the ports and ending in Barcelona. In January 2017 NCL completely chaned the itinerary fromBarcelona to Barcelona. Now it is costing me over$ 1400 dollars to change my flights. Norwegian cruise line dosent care. I cruised with them 6 times. Now they will never have my business again. The ectra money its costing means we cant do many excursusions . We saved a long time. Its a total rip off how ncl can do what ever they want. My travel agency american airlines cruises did nothing either. Very sad way yo treat a family.
