This flyu-by-night comapny has been known as NUTRASHIFT,  HEALTHYLIFECORP, and VITAL LIFE, as well as NOTIMENODIET. THey are all .coms

I clicked on a bunk " free product offer" claiming to be from by local Fred Meyer grocery store - Trustine Fred Meyer, I entered the information it asked to confirm my Rewards membership, including my debit card  number. That is when I realized I had been got. It was NOT Fred Meyer, it was omeone else, and I was TRAPPED by their web site, which used misleading links that make you think you are cancelling an order, and it actually ENTERS the order, and asks you if you want this OTHER "free" product - again, thinking you are saying "no" it respoinds like you said yes.

I checked my email and sure enough, I had an email from NutraShift thanking me for an order that I nev er made and tried desperately to get away from, but every button I clicked got me deeper and added more stuff! I sent a NASTY email to them telling them I didn't want EITHER of their products, and no free trial, and gave them a piece of my mind about their web TRAP web site.

They responded that my order was cancelled. Low and behold, on the following 1st of the month, I got a debit from them on my bank account. I called them and was told that the two products are DIFFERENT COMPANIES (they ahve the same label and manufacturer - Nutrashift), and I had only cancelled ONE product.

I blew a gasket. Different companies? What a load! I was trapped by ONE web site - THEIRS, and Both products arrived in ONE package from NutraSHIft, and they are claiming that I made 2 orders from 2 different companies?

After haniging up on me, I called back and the SAME person said that my debit had already been reversed. I waited and.... NO, theyt had NOT reversed the debit from my account. It went through. When I called them, they claimed I was a liar, and they had o record of me calling them to cancel my order. I gave them an Authorization number that I had been given, and they said it does not match their autyhorization codes, and hung up AGAIN!

I called back again, and told them I would file a complaint with the Wyoming Attorney General - they laughed (I coiuld hear multiple people in the background laughing - my call was obviously on speaker) - and said that no attorney general could touch them, and they "owned" me, and there is nothing I can do about it.
