Toni Sipka, owner of Nouvelle Talent promo modelling company, cheats her talent, lies to the companies that hire her talent, and promises checks that never come.

After waiting more than a year for $1,450 she owes me, I have been contacting her relentlessly. Her response is that the companies that hired Nouvelle have not paid her and we will get paid when she does. However, I have proof that ALL of the companies to which Nouvelle sent me out have paid Toni in FULL.

This is not the first report on Ripoff reporting Nouvelle. Many other promo models are awaiting payment. If you are a company looking for talent, DO NOT HIRE Nouvelle. If you are talent, DO NOT WORK for Nouvelle.

This company is run by an under-handed woman who lies to your face and hoards her talents' hard-earned money for herself.

Talent Is ALWAYS Paid

I have worked as Toni's assistant on and off for many years. I can attest to the fact that all talent who fulfill their contracts are paid by Nouvelle Talent Management ALWAYS

Many corporations can take 30 to 90 days to pay and Toni works hard to get companies to pay fast, but it depends on the company. And talent is always notified about this by Toni when you agree to the work.

You are a freelance contractor and if you want a check every other week, you’ll need to find a 9-5 job.

Toni is a hard working, caring, professional who’s been in our industry for over 30 years. Nouvelle Talent Management and Toni are just trying to give work to our Actors and Actress and make clients happy.

I have had the pleasure of working with Toni & Nouvelle Talent for over twenty years.  She is always honest and fair with her talent.

Over the years I have had the misfortune of dealings with major corporations who, when requesting payment updates, respond with "We have submitted the invoice for approval" or "That check should have been issued weeks ago so let me check on that".

Toni and Nouvelle Talent is a firece supporter of talent.  On more than one occasion I was very thankful to have them on my side.

While I sympathize with Betsy's situation, which again I have also been faced with, I recognize where the blame belongs, and it is not with Toni and Nouvelle Talent.

Thank you,

Dan

45 days after the last event, I received my pay. Better late then never, I always say. I have been satisfied though I was freaking out there for a second. All is good now.

Betsy, I have been ripped off as well by Toni from Nouvelle. I am contacting several federal and state agenies to either get our money paid OR put her in jail for fraud especially when involving a federal building such as a bank which is linked to the federal reserve. Please call me 786-218-8190 or reply with your contact info and I will be in touch. I am very upset because this woman is a liar and THINKS she can get away with it.

Well, she's ssed with the wrong person because I will NOT STOP until I get paid or she gets put away for good. Moreover, she asked me for my banking information!!!! I have it all on email and simply need a few more victims to follow through with so much legalities I have against her already! If you have other talent un the same situation, let them know about me and have them call me.

Thanks! (((phone number redacted)))

I completely agree with you. Unfortunately, I have the same terrible experience. I worked two events this past December for CitiBank. Each event was $125 for a total of $250. Toni swore up and down that I would receive payment within two weeks after the event. Here we are, a whole 35+ days and counting still waiting for payment. She actually called me first asking me for my mailing address in order to mail out my check. After I gave her my address, I waited a week and nothing. I emailed her asking about my payment and she said there must have been an issue so she offered direct deposit. I emailed her my bank info expecting a deposit and waited another week. Nothing again. I've called her, texted her, an emailed her demanding my payment. She has not answered or replied to my texts or emails.

Thankfully, there are people and organizations out there willing to help and seek justice. I will be reaching out to the United States Departmemt of Wages and Labor for New York and Florida. In addition, I will be contacting the Attorney General for NY an FL for their assistance. Moreover, I will be contacting news stations and programs such as Help Me Howard from NY and FL to expose this fraudulent company and unprofessional woman. I am sure she has many more victims out there.

Together we can all put this woman and unethical company out of business. Maybe we can even put her in jail or force a lien on her assets for the amount owed to all the victims. Still, even if we just expose her on national television on multiple channels and media sources, she will not be able to further take advantage of hard working people like us.

If anyone else is interested in partaking in my efforts, please reply here or contact me somehow. At the very least, contact the same people I am reaching out to as well. Let's stop her NOW!

Nouvelle Talent DOES pay their clients!! I have worked for Toni Sipka of Nouvelle Talent for over ten years and I have never had a problem receiving my paychecks. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Nouvelle. In fact, Toni Sipka has consistently come through with great bookings and timely paychecks. I am grateful to her and her company for all that they have done for me and my career. She is an honest business woman with integrity who will go above and beyond for her clients. I am very happy to be represented by Toni and continue to work AND BE PAID on time. Thank you, Jane

Don't just complain --retain an attorney and SUE for what you are owed, any maybe you can get some interest on your money as well. BUT YOU WILL NEVER KNOW IF YOU DON'T CONTACT AN ATTORNEY. Or you could go Pro Se in Small Claims Court. That means that you can take your evidence that the employer actually owes you the money and the evidence you have collected where the businesses gave your employer payment in full...and you go to your local law library and get copies of the paperwork if you can't download it off of the Internet and you take it all to the Justice of the Peace who handles the Small Claims. If you call down to your local county courthouse, they should be able to tell you. GOOD LUCK! If you have a Payday Law Bureau at your state workforce commission or Wages and Hours, you might want to file a complaint there too. And posting on Rip Off Report was a good move too. THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE. TO GET LEGAL ADVICE, YOU SHOULD CONSULT AN ATTORNEY WHO IS LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN YOUR STATE.

The young lady Betsy, has been receiving payments for the amount of money owed to her. Perhaps not as fast as she would like but she will be paid in full as Nouvelle receives checks. Due to financial difficulties, Nouvelle is moving forward in a positive way. We due apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you, Madison Nouvelle NY, NY
