I was searching for the Nova Merchant Services LLC website (NovaMerchantServicesLLC.com) and one of the top search results was the rip off report on this company. Because I had such a positive experience with them I wanted to try and give my two cents to this claim.
I am not aware of anything having to do with this complaint so I cant comment on it specifically, but I can say that both Steven Morgan and Kate conducted themselves in a professional manner and were extremely helpful when I had any questions. Steven drove out to my house in order to deliver my equipment, and then again when my son spilled soda on it and the company offered a replacement....no cost. Whenever I have had questions on my statement either Kate or Steven have been available to answer them without having me call customer service and wait on hold for the automated answering system.
I think both Steven and Kate are very good people just trying to do their jobs and they do them very well. The one thing I agree with from the complaint was that Steven Morgan did send me an edible arrangements as well, which I thought was a very nice thing to do. I am also in an equipment lease as well as a processing agreement, but I honestly believe the benefits of the program have been worth the contract terms and they were clearly stated on the paperwork I signed. I never have to buy terminal paper again and like I mentioned before, they replaced my terminal when I needed one.
Anyway, I just wanted to throw in my two cents since they have been so good to me. Hopefully everything gets worked out with this complaint and other people are not scared off because of it.
