Complaint Review: Now Move Usa LLc & Swiss logistics Ag Mike Panser (Farmer) - Hollywood Florida

I agree that this is a highly sophisticated scam. NOW MOVE USA stole my item in NJ and transfterred to some warehouse in Florida. They wanted me to authorize unlimited charge on my credit card, which I declined .

Once I cancelled all transations with them and requested my item to be returned, Mike Panser got invloved and refuse to take my credit card payment , requesting cash or wite transfer to their account. 

At the end they stole my item worth over $1000. I want other consumers to be aware of this scam. Please find a company that has A rating at the BBB if you need to ship something. 

Beware also the way how this seriusly company bill you and how you gonna pay.

its this not a tax evasion against Switzerland ??

of this matter its the Switzerland autority of taxation informed . good look to explain way.. .

let see how many dai need to do same game in DUBAI soon or later will appare on google also :-) like the other name change just to avoid to be traked down from the autority.

try to google is name on google and add arrest. you will wundering the good reputation .. even on twitter the German autority publicate is request on USA for the deliveri of is self because wanted !!

Arrestet und expulsed from USA (Tax Fraud )  ..Wanted In Germany for the same .  Have kinds in Switzerland and not pay for cildsupports.

ASAP will have a big problem with european Autority.Sued In Multiple State all this scams PO Boxes from Mister Panser.  

Mister Panser cant  put even a foot  in USA and Germany just because its a engel

Now its in Dubai !! very impressiv   even dubai PO Box company  (arround the world companis )  taking money for people with only promisses and trust.

I Would like to publicate asap all the documentation and picture of all this matter . and the respectable companis . included the copi of 4 differents lawsuit.

Customer book a shipment with us. Door to Door service was requested for a 20 feet HHG Container. We do the booking and setup the shipment. Shipping line only had a 40 feet container availebale in the area and customer agree on the 40 feet container.

Customer did export fraud under the following points:

- declare House Hold Goods and send Commercial Goods for arround 50.000 USD Value

Customer did import fraud under the following points:

- Consignee was not located in Italy as booked he was in Switzerland

Customer did not paid the full amount for the shipment and when they pay the pay less amount than on the invoice. Shipment was placed on hold in regards to missing payment. Customer denied to let us do the import and contacted the shipping line as they was try to do the import alone. Shipment was placed on hold until they provided all needed documents for import and pay the outstanding amount.

Now Move USA LLC has 3 office arround the world, 1 in Florida, 1 in Dubai, 1 in Switzerland. All 3 location has a existing office with telephone and stuff, for the mail we use the P.O. Box. Dubai only has P.O. BOX as they did not have a mail box system on the office.

Customer also ask us to import a vehicle which they send with a different company, we did the import and final delivery and they argue that they had to pay the destination charges. Customer are lier and fraudulent shipper.

Fraud on export declaration is filed in the USA. Customer run from the USA without valid visa and they have 3 residence in 3 different country. The question here is who is the scamer. For sure not Now Move USA who follow all the rules. And of course BOL was not send as the shipment was not paid.

Customer mention so many stories from a dead father, broken relationship and and and, just to get the shipment without payment. We only charge additional bill for change from 20-40 feet container and send the bill for the import charges and this was requested. Any freight forwarder just be aware of this fraudulent shipper.
