NRG and Associates NRG Collects Extreme Ripoff Addison Texas
We used NRG and Associates to collect 3 debts for our company. In one case, they got nothing accomplished. In case 2, they made contact with the company that owes us over $100,000; then asked me for $3000 to file a lawsuit against them. Nothing came of that case either. In the the third case, they were asked to collect a debt of over $100,000; the debt was collected in May of 2015. I have copies of the checks where the customer paid them. After the collection, I was told that the money had to remain in their account for 90 days; then I would be paid. After the 90 day period passed, no check was issued to us. After spending countless hours on the phone and probably 100 emails, I engaged our lawyer to send one of those payment demand letters. Still nothing. I contacted the Texas State Attorney General's office to file a complaint, nothing. I filed a complaint with the BBB, still nothing.
