NRG Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc installed a  Lennox Central Heating & Air Conditioning System for $9000.00 in my home. The Lennox High Efficiency Furnace  has Major Condensation Issues. Based on my experience with NRG Heating & Air Conditioning.
 
"CONSUMERS BEWARE"
 
The Lennox Furnace is a Lemon, combined with a Flawed Installation has caused the furnace to rust, both inside and out. Condensation issues resulted in water damages to my home. The plastic vent pipe for the furnace has become unglued due to the fact that the glue used was not heat resistant and not intended for that application, no primer was used, causing water to drip, damaging the ceiling etc.

A drain pan should have been installed under the furnace, but NRG decided to cut corners on the install. According to the Lennox Installation Manual a drip pan should have been installed which would have prevented the water damage. Repairs were made on February 2012  by NRG for the issues outlined, 9 months later condensation issues began again, more water leaks and more damages. I have spent $900.00 on repairs due to water damages. Now NRG wants to charge me $450.00 to make repairs which are the result of their incompetence and failing to follow the instructions that are specified in the Lennox installation manual..

This Posting Is In Reference To A Complaint That Was Posted On Youtube By MarvMaven. The  Issues Were In Reference To Condensation Problems And The Installation By NRG Heating & Air Conditioning. All Issues With NRG Heating & Air Conditioning Have Been Resolved.

Lennox Industries Has provided a New Furnace and NRG Heating & Air Conditioning Has Installed The Unit No Charge. In Addition NRG Has Replaced The Exhaust & Intake Pipes And Made Other Modifications That Were Considered Issues. It Appears That The Crew Of Cambaliza, Sedas & Juarez Did A Professional Job Installing The Furnace. Based On The End Results I Give NRG Heating & Air Conditioning And Lennox Industries A Thumbs Up.

Lennox Industries Has provided a New Furnace and NRG Heating & Air Conditioning Has Installed The Unit No Charge. In Addition NRG Has Replaced The Exhaust & Intake Pipes And Made Other Modifications That Were Considered Issues. Based On The End Results I Give NRG Heating & Air Conditioning And Lennox Industries A Thumbs Up.

We have offered to put in a brand new EL195 Lennox High Efficiency Furnace at no charge to this client whatsoever as a measure of good faith, even though the furnace was installed correctly in 2005.  This customer declined our maintenance contract, under which we would have easily found and fixed this small leak in the furnace, and didn't call us until a full seven years after we installed his unit.  If you drove a car around for 7 years and then the transmission went out because you never had it serviced, would the car dealership give you a new car????  I think not!!!  This client is extremely unreasonable and is arguing back and forth with us over semantics instead of allowing us to install his brand new furnace. .......not sure what else we could do to resolve it besides giving him a brand new furnace, better than the original one we installed, completely free.  You be the judge.
