I too have been ripped off by NSS "free subscriptions". If you are having problems with the automated voice system, press zero after the first option. You can choose to be connected to an operator who can cancel your subscriptions.

They say it will take 1-2 business cycles which, when I asked, was reluctantly said to be 1-2 months. I asked why they it takes so long, and they gave me the runaround.

Please update if you've tried this and received no refund. I'll post again when I do or don't get a refund.
