NTB Caused extensive damage to our car. Then handed over liability to a secondary company (in my opinion a ploy to obsolve them of any responsibility). Told us our evidence isn’t good enough and wouldn’t holdup in court. (We’ll see). Then Essentially told us to f**k off.
