NUBODI Fraudulent Charges Las Vegas Nevada
I ordered a trial offer for the Colon Cleanse product online for the amount of $1.50. I received the product via regular mail 12 days later. When I checked my account, the company had charged me $89.31.
When I tried to contact the company by telephone, the number was busy or else I got a message 'Call Back'. After repeatedly calling the number, I was put on hold for about 45 minutes before I finally spoke to a young guy.
I told the guy that I had not authorized the transaction and he informed me that there was no record of me calling within 14 days, even though I told him that I had just received the package. The guy informed me that the company was not responsible for the Post Office delivery dates and times. I told him this was fraudulent and I want my money returned. He said that he could not do that but offered to send me more of their products. I told him I did not want any of their products and requested to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor (when he did answer had a very bad attitude) informed me that it was my responsibility to call within the 14 days (even though I did not recieve anything in a proper time allowance) and since I had not, they were not refunding any monies and there is nothing I can do legally to get . I demanded them to cancel my name and any account associated with me and to never contact me again.
This company is a rip-off and they intentionally mislead consumers.
