Nutralane Vitamins Company stated only shipping charge for free offer. Nothing else. No more buying or charges. Arvado Colorado
This company web pages is deceptive. I ordered a free sample and agreed only to pay shipping and handling.Nothing more, nothing less. What I got was the agreed charges plus a $79.90 charge to my debit card. My wife recieved an e-mail that they were going to charge our card for the 79.90. She called them and told them not to and advised them that there was no order to cancel or to be charged for to begin with.
After seeing the charge on our card, I talked to Nutrlane. I got a run around story about the so-called agreement on the web page and when that did not work for them, they resorted to a 15 day time limit on a refund. A refund on money they never had authority to get.
I asked the representative for Nutralane would I get my card credited and he implied,"No".
