NWV CA CONTACTED ME ABOUT OWING A DEBT FROM NOVEMBER 2009 THAT WAS NEVER DONE Florida
Back in March 2010 I was contacted by an Officer Joseph Woody regarding a payday loan that was done in November of 2009. Around that time I did get a loan and was paying on it but lost my job so had to stop payments until I found work so I thought the loan company turned my account over to collections and that that was what Officer Woody was contacting me about.
He was extremely rude and demanding money and saying that if I didn't pay that he would send my case to court and have a warrant put out for my arrest. Obviously I was scared so I sent the money. He wanted me to send at least $100 every two weeks either via Western Union or via my bank account but I informed him that I couldn't afford that much because I had just started working again and that I wasn't going to give out my bank account information. A week later he called me and asked me to fax him my debit card number to show proof that I was using my own card to make the payments.
In all I sent three payments. 2 for $65 and 1 for $75. When he contacted me on my recent payday I advised him that I wasn't going to be able to pay he simple said"That's fine. I'm about to send an officer to come pick you up" and hung up.
When I tried to call back the number that he contacted me from(3057484717) gives just a busy signal the the number that he gave me to contact him on(3054344075)has been disconnected.Help?
