NYC Closeouts NYCCloseouts Brooklyn Ripoff Scammers, Will not ship goods after paying for them on BidZ Auction website. Internet ripoff fraud Brooklyn New York
I have won an unbelievable amount on a Auction of watches from Bidz.com. The total of 100 Geneva watches suppose to be value of $12,500.00U.S from the Certified Merchant NYC Closeouts.
I Won the Auction on the 17-Nov-2003, my winning bid was $201.00USD. I payed the full amount by Money order with shipping value of $274.50USD which comes to the total of $475.50USD. I requested a money order trace from Western Union and verified that it was cashed on the 18-Dec-2003. Which is 16 days when the money order was made.
I contacted NYC Closeouts a numerous of times with information pending on my order. Though talking to different people all the time my emails haven't been properly answered. Unbelievable but true I finally got useful information from NYC Closeouts saying that I haven't payed for the goods. When I replied back to that email I provided a scanned document of my Proof of Purchase.
I haven't heard boo from them since. They must of finally realised that I payed for my goods. NYC Closeouts obviously doesn't want to send the goods I have payed for. I have also noticed that I can't get on their website anymore and that bidz.com have wiped them off their certified merchants list.
Seems like they have tried to vanish from all the people they have ripped off. I also have saved the website when I won the Auction and emails from the NYC Closeouts and receipts of money order and proof of purchase.
