OAN Services, USA Voicemail rip-off! Fraud! Scam! Internet
On my Verizon phone bill a charge of $12.95 plus taxes, totaling $15.34 appeared. I called OAN and was put on hold for 20 minutes. When a representative answered, I was transferred to USA Voicemail and given their toll free number - 877-439-3802. I waited another 15 minutes before a representative answered. He told me I ordered the service. I told him I did not. He said I ordered it through the internet and gave me my e-mail address and said he also has my social security number. I never give my social security number out to anyone, and I never ordered this service. People must carefully read their bills and be aware of unauthorized added charges.
