Oan Services Billed my local phone service for services I didn't authorize ripoff Northridge California
I am so sorry to bother you with this. Okay this is how it all started. I set up online bill pay to pay my SBC local phone service bill. Well, I get online today and have a e-mail from the bill pay company informing me that my bill is due and it's about 20.00 dollars more than usual.
So, I view the details in my bill and up pops Oan Services Inc. Who I'm being charged from. I have no idea who this company is or why I am being charged from them. So, I get on Aol and type in the company's name as it appears on my phone bill and I come in contact with all these different site about how Oan Services, Inc rips people off. I need help.
I know it might not seem like such a big deal but I am a single mother or two and am on a strict monthly budget I really cant afford this right now.

You will need to call OAN yourself to cancel the service and ask for a refund. This service, along with others, will get your billing information from various web sites when you are browsing. There are various web sites you may be looking up and asking for information about a totally unrelated subject. Any time you input your address and/or phone number, be sure to read the entire site to be sure you are not also subscribing to unrelated services. Just so you know, it may take 2 to 3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your service providers billing statement.
