Oean Reef Apex International Bait and Switch Nassau Bahamas
On 5 October, my husband and I listen to the presentation at Ocean Reef Vacation Club. After six hours my husband believed what was being presented to us was a good deal. We signed the agreement. After returning to our hotel we reviewed our contact and notice many descripencies. we tried caling the sales office but no answer. On 7 October we returned to the sales office requesting a refund. We had Ketera Rolle sign and date our written termnation letter requesting a full refund. She stated we would recieve our refund in twenty days minus clossing cost. I reminded Ms.Rolle that she signed our termination letter for a full refund. We have not recieved a refund as promised. Ms. Rolle was contated on 20 November and she stated we would have our refund by close of bussinss on the 20th. Our credit card has not been refunded.
