I ordered a supplement, a DVD, and a book from this company on 02/03/10.  I was told by phone on 02/04/10 that I would receive products via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail within 3-4 days.  When products were not received by 02/09/10, I followed up by phone (left a msg) and via the company's website contact form.  No response.  When products were still not received by 02/16/10, I followed up again by phone.  A live 'representative' from the company answered.  I politely identified myself and stated that I was calling to follow up on order #7624, which I had not received.  The call was promptly disconnected.  I called back immediately, but the call was routed into the company's voicemail.  I left yet another polite request for a response.  No response.  In the time that has elapsed since I placed the order on 02/03/10, the order went from the 'Pending' status to the 'Awaiting Fulfillment' status in the Order Status section of the company's website.  Apparently, that's the way it works.  I have sent the company a request for a full refund via the company's website contact form, but have yet to receive a response from ANY of my inquiries OR a credit on my MasterCard.  Upon close inspection of the company's website, you will note that there is no physical address anywhere.  A reverse lookup of the company's 800 number returns 'No Results'.  There is also no email address provided.  You can't even tell what STATE the company is located in, although somewhere along the line I got the impression it was in Boca Raton, Florida.  It is interesting to note that the website will selectively maintain a history of any contact made via their contact form, EXCEPT for those that have to do with follow-ups regarding non-receipt of products.  While I understand the products I ordered to be legitimate, this company is NOT reputable.  I did not make my purchase through PayPal, but those who have should report the company to them, as well.  My next step is to contact MasterCard.  I have detailed records that support my claim and understand that fraud of this nature may also be filed through the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).  Their website address is www.ic3.gov.  If and when I receive a refund, I will file an update to this report.
