I hired them to stop forclosure and modify a mortgage loan. They took money and within 4 months did nothing. When I asked them about a refund which is guaranted, they said : forget it!. It's a scam. You still can read on webside:'if we are unable to give you successful plan that improves your situation or gives you a viable strategy to avoid or stop forclosure, we will refund 100% money. No questions asked. You have nothing to loose'.
