Some how HUD has done something very wrong here and has caused a lot of Pain And Suffering. Whenever I write to HUD I always get the same reply stating that "I question there right to sale my Loan". Not true, I never said this they did.I questioned the transfer and at what costs, and when, and the details. You know the basic things you need to ask to understand what took place.

This took place around 1998 and they are always slow in thier replies as Ocwen Banks is. Ocwen Bank some how purchased my loan for a cool 69,150.00 and Ocwen Bank felt it necessary to charge me 71,350.00 stating this was my loan balance at the time of the transfer.

Why then did ocwen Bank get it for 69,150.00 when I owed more than that. I really don't think so but numbers were put into place and the war started. This has been going on for a long time now and I haven't rested and will not quit until question are answered. I built my home in 1984 and moved in on Dec of 1985.

My interest rate is 11.75% and I will stop there for now. Jerks They messed up my credit and tacked on another 28,000.00 dollar for something I never agreed or authorized.P.S Notice all the new legal companies trying to jump in now. Just type in Ocwen Bank at any search engine and see what you pull up. I not sure if this is good or bad but there reading.

I am not serviced by Ocwen, although I have certainly heard of them, my loan is serviced by Fairbanks. I have lots of problems with Fairbanks, late postings, inflated and fraudulant late charges, forced insurance, prop preservation fees ranging from $10.00-$105.00, (what did they do, mow my lawns?)and I filed a complaint with: California Department of Corporations 320 West 4th st. Los Angeles, CA 90013-1105 You should do this, send them all ducumentation and anything you have to back up your claim. They have responded to me, and Fairbanks has taken some f the late charges off, now I am working to get them to take those lates off my credit. Anyway, they will be able to help you with this, if you are in California. Just for the record, I e-mailed my complaint against Fairbanks to the Utah authority in charge because Fairbanks is based in Utah and got a reply stating they were well aware of Fairbanks and their practices. Everyone is aware of Fairbanks and their practices, yet nothing is being done. There is a class action lawsuit filed in Contra Costa County, Ca on Oct. 25, 2002, so we'll see. Good Luck

I understand , Make no mistreek I understand a Rip-Off when I see one. The First thing a Bank like Ocwen wants is your Real Estate. Do you understand what is going on here. I suggest you read a little closer and stop reading between the lines. Did you say you work for Ocwen?!

Dear Pam, If you actually work in a foreclosure department then you must be at the right job, considering your attitude. We are one of the affidavit's filed in Hartford over our home we have just recently lost due to the FACT that Ocwen DOES do everything to EQUITY STRIP everyone's home, no matter the type of job, nor the lifesyle of the owners of these homes. I believe that in the end this company as well as you, will all know that we as the owners either fighting for our homes, or owners that have fought like hell, paid thousands in attorney fees, and have O.T.S involved, and still the grey area that Ocwen works by is widening. I really do wish you all the best.. and too bad you cannot find a job better suited for yourself Pam, oh yes...you do have the career job of your chilhood dreams..

PMI INSURANCE PAYS A PERCENTAGE OF YOUR MORGTAGE, THE WORD GUARENTE THIS IS HOW THIS HAPPENS. i WORK IN FORCLOSURES AND I THINK POSSIBLY YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW EVERYTHING WORKS. THE LAST THING A BANK WANT BACK IS PROPERTY.
