keep raising our mortage

Charging us homeowner insurance when we already have it

When they took over our mortage from hud they never took off the

interest that was paid already.

we got a letter saying they were taking out escrow but two years later find out they never paid the property taxes because they were not taking out escrow.

Had us fill out a forebearance agreement without a financial statement then they broke it by raising our mortage.

bottom is we are missing about 10.000 dollars from our mortage that ocwen cannot explain.

Added 10.00 more to our mortage that was suppose to be for coupons when we called to tell them we never got any coupons they said they would take it off the bill when we got our next bill i was still on there so we called now the story is that the 10.00 is now for back interest.they have me owing 34.0000 in back interest.

That's right, I said, ocwen is now raising our mortgage 280.00 more a month to pay back the money that they stold from our account. i cannot afford this and will no doubt lose my home. thats what they do. i know if i stold this much money i would be in jail but for some reason they are getting away with it because thay are still doing their stealing and lying about it. they are still saying they did nothing wrong but nobody we talk to can explain where our money went

HUD does not hold loans

According to HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act), any and all steps taken by a mortgage lender eg. sale of your loan to another lender's portfolio, taxes to be paid, escrows increased, removal OR addition of PMI, etc., steps must be taken by the lender or its representative to inform the homeowner of what is happening. There is no expection to this rule, even if a "Government Loan" is involved. The only Government agencies that "hold" loans are FHA & VA. FHA provides lenders on behalf of the borrowers with MI (Mortgage Insurance)and VA helps active duty or retired military service personel obtain a home based upon a number of stipulations. HUD regulates the loan industry along with the SEC, they even act as oversight for FHA and VA. The only time when you won't be notified that your loan's "collateral documents" eg. Note & Deed of Trust/Mortgage is due to sale to an investment firm such as Fannie Mae (FNMA) or Freddie Mac (FHLMC), these are credit companies that invest monies from the credit markets into the real estate markets. Thus capitalism is achieved. FHLMC & FNMA standardize the mortgage industry. From what it sounds like this specific borrowers problem is just entry error on behalf of the lender, it happens all the time. Notify HUD of the situation and send the lender's "Loan Servicing Dept." a certified letter requesting a breakdown of everything they currently show in their systems, as it is your right to do so according to the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act(HMDA) & Federal Truth-in-Lending Act. (Regulation Z) To get a quicker response, be sure to CC their Legal Dept.

I will say that you are right when you say HUD is to blame but I have taken it a step further. Not only did the fail to credit any of our payments back to them but they sold the low for less than we owed and never advised us of this foreshock. Ocwen just step in and decided to play bill collector and that it what they do or try. When or if you can get a new loan there phoney payoffs will vanish because they are not there . This is what I have told HUD and all it Departments. They in turn turn it over to their own public Relations department and cover everything up. They pretend that all the money I paid.......well they just can't explain it or why it happen. They deny any involment and I have written to the top and they wash there dirty hands. The must be held accoutable as My problems started there and grew with Ocwen.
