Complaint Review: Ocwen FSB - Orlando Florida

My lawyer told me last night Ocwen was warning it would sue me for libel for my online comments. Ha! Bring it on, Ocwen Fraud-All Bank! I have actually been praying for over 18 months for Ocwen to be so foolish as to try to sue me for libel, slander or anything of the sort. Why? Because TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE. If anything, all of us victims should be suing Ocwen for defamation (destroying our credit falsely) and grand larceny. Ocwen knows that the Hanson v. Ocwen federal nationwide class action brought on behalf of every victim nationwide, already includes a count for defamation. Ocwen knows that after TWENTY months of throwing many lawyers at our case, it has yet to make one dent, despite having spent MILLIONS [according to Ocwen's latest SEC filing available online at Yahoo's OCN Message Board] in legal defense fees (ouch!!!!!!!). The MDL will be meeting next month to consider seven or eight class action lawsuits currently filed against Ocwen (including five filed in the last two months). Now that Ocwen is running helter skelter hiring lawyers in all these other states, I wonder how they will feel when the lawyers come collecting their bills. I have always been confident that we the victims will prevail. I have never been intimidated. yes, my home and my neighbors homes are bristling with hidden cameras and I am trailed by municipal police for my own protection and my law office has been turned into a fortress as a precaution. But I have NEVER been afraid of common thieves. I wasn't nervous when I appeared on CBS News for the whole world to see the face of an Ocwen victim; I wasn't scared when I allowed myself to be interviewed by American Banker magazine; I wasn't panicky when Home Equity News featured the Hanson Class Action in December; I didn't tremble when National Mortgage News published an article about our fraud fight against Ocwen; my teeth didn't chatter when the Palm Beach Post (Ocwen's own hometown newspaper) quoted me as saying "Ocwen STEALS homes and destroys American dreams." Why should I panic now, 20 MONTHS AFTER BRINGING THE FIGHT TO THE FINANCIAL TERRORISTS? And if, perchance, they manage to gag me judicially or speed my way into Heaven, it would be utterly useless: the FBI is on their tail, and we have already farmed out copies of EVERYTHING we have as proof, to FIVE trusted persons dispersed across the USA, and they are ready to step into my shoes and carry the fight forward come the day when five consecutive emails to me go unanswered and my law office phones go unansered. THERE IS A GOD WHO IS BIGGER THAN ANY PIRATE FROM FLORIDA. Ocwen knows we have the goods on it and that our posts are not idle posts. Ocwen knows that so many of the folk who worked at its Orlando facility have shared juicy details of its fraud. Ocwen knows we have compiled THOUSANDS of pages of victim records, and that there is absolutely no way Ocwen can beat us in a court of law. Ocwen, the MDL and/or the FBI will take care of you shortly, so I need not waste my breath more here. For five years of your fraud I warned you to cease and desist: instead, you thought you could rape everybody with impunity. Judgement Day is coming for you, and you'll need those khakis and aluminum cuff links. I too am a current victim of Ocwen FSB, who bought my loan from HUD a few years ago. I have been charged late fees of over $140.00 per month for my interest arrearage. Since when is it legal to charge late fees on interest? Ocwen always makes reference to the forebearance agreement, but can never tell the terms of the forebearance agreement. My understanding with HUD is that the interest would be tacked on to the end of the loan, and I would be responsible for making monthly payments. I don't deny the montly payments, but how can a person every catch up when the late fee is over $140 per month! I can't refinance my loan, because the interest arrearage makes the loan amount more than the value of the house. Looking for help anyway I can get it.

My Wife and i were victims of Ocwen but were fortunate enough to escape in time. Does anyone out there have any links to the National Media? Rip-Off Report is an outstanding resource but a report by a larger than life watchdog or media outlett to expose these crooks (Ocwen) and their cronies, would be a huge shot in the arm for the legal cause wouldn't it? I would love to see this horrid company crumble.

Further information for plaintiffs in the Hanson V. Ocwen action in Hartford, CT. I have been checking this situation out, and what at first seemed to be a disaster in the making may actually be a blessing in disguise! If the MDL panel can be persuaded to move all the cases to CT,a motion could be made to replace the current judge, sleepy Judge Droney, with a new (to this case), experienced class-action judge. I have a strong feeling that the motion for a new judge would be made in rapid time and with much rejoicing by all concerned. Another bonus: plaintiffs are allowed to approach the MDL panel on their own behalf, too. A simple letter stating your desire to remain in Hartford and with Mr. Hanson will be weighed in the ultimate decision by the panel. Just ask that all cases be moved to CT rather than to CA; a move is a move and I cannot see where moving all to CT is any more or less difficult than moving all to CA. And it is about time that the victims got heard by someone who counts! The Hartford case certainly has the weight of being the most advanced time-wise. It also has the advantage of having a very dedicated lead plaintiff who has fought long and hard for all potential class members. Since the lead plaintiff, Mr. Hanson, is also a victim, he is intimately acquainted with all the dirty tricks Ocwen has in its dirty-trick bag. The case should be able to go forward as written, under RICO, keeping intact the possibility of prison time for all concerned! I personally feel that Mr. Erbey would look wonderful in orange with some fashionable "chrome accessories". This case and the evidence held by the principals in this case, is a winner. The removal of the judge would be the best thing that has happened to this action in a long time, in my humble opinion; this case has stumbled too many times over his prone, napping body. I have never lost faith in Mr. Hanson and his commitment to this action. Unfortunately, I lost faith in the judicial system long ago. I have not felt as though this judge would ever allow this case to go forward for whatever reason; perhaps he just cannot stay awake long enough...who knows? I actually feel some real hope now! This could be the be the best thing to happen to this case in a long while; please do not let it slip through your fingers. For once, victims have some power and some say-so; USE IT! Robin: I totally agree with your intuition and sentiments. While our Connecticut case has proceeded through the Hartford federal court slower than a porky pig proceeds down the stomach of a petite python, the already inexplicably delayed quest for justice will be delayed for several more months or years if this class action is moved elsewhere. Don't believe that it could take years? Check out the Ford/Firestone class action lawsuits in Indiannapolis, IN where I am one of the many plaintiff's counsel.
