For the Ocwen employee/moron who stated that Jimmie was at fault, and implied that he was a "Deadbeat" who simply needed to pay. I have provided the following text so that you, assuming that can read, will know without a doubt: who is, and who is not the "Deadbeat". Excerpt from an email from MERS to Ocwen dated July 18, 2008: The attached invoices dated June 5th remain unpaid as well as additional invoices dated July 5th are now due on the Ocwen account also attached. You contacted our accounting department on July 15th and left a message with questions about the June 5th invoices. A representative from our accounting department called you twice on July 16th and left messages for you with no return calls since then? MERS is preparing to send a seven (7) day lockout letter for the total amount due and if unpaid access to the MERS system will be suspended. There is a total past due of $718, 404.40 which MUST be paid as early as today. Excerpt from a letter dated August 5, 2008 from Ocwen Assistant General Counsel to MERS: Ocwen rejects MERS demand that it pay $691, 576.70 (or any other amount) to MERS in respect of administrative service charges" and other fees primarily relating to mortgage loans formerly registered to Delta Funding Corporation (Delta). As an initial matter, the fees in question, amounting to $14.95 per transfer, are completely unreasonable and, as MERS admits, bear no relationship to its actual costs.

Huh...someone from WPB florida telling someone to call and pay? Sounds like we have an employee here folks. A very stupid employee, but I guess that's stating the obvious. Ocwen gets loans because they are a cheap servicer and send everything to India. Jimmie B - Seriously contact an attorney who does not charge for a consultation to see if you have a case of what they can recommend. There are a lot of good postings on here to help you. Your state attorney general is always good and go to the top. Call the CEO or the president. Don't waste your time with people who have no power. See who actually loaned you the money or who the investor is and call them and let them know how you feel. Don't get pushed around, you have rights! Make sure you only speak to the US. India is useless because they have no power and are a threat to the American way of life!

Jimmie, I am in Orange County California and OCWEN stole my home not because I did not PAY PAY PAY they held my payments in a suspension account and not notifying me of this. It is difficult when you receive up to 4 statements monthly from them and they all say something different including that your payment was received and on another saying it was reversed back out. This has gone on and they have now sold my home out from under me and I am now fighting unlawful detainer!!! I don't believe you are "whining" and if the person that responded to your report is not a whiner maybe he will take the time to look at the class action lawsuits that are in litigation in Connecticut and Illinois and the pending ones in Tennessee, California and Florida!!! this is not a lack of diligence on the homeowners part!!! it is a scam that OCWEN is pulling and they are making more money by short selling the note to investors where they are not responsible for the loss but the note holder is!! That is why they would want your "run down" (what a joke) house!!! what an asinine response from an uninformed individual!! Sincerely Fed Up with OCWEN in Orange County California

Ways to hold Ocwen Accountable

Yes I know how to stop Ocwen from taking your home. Pay your mortgage payment on time. Call and speak with a US rep and request a FB plan. Stop whining. Take action. Consider a refi or a modification. Sell your home if you can't afford. Did I mention stop whining ? Ocwen doesn't want your run-down home. They want yours and every other accounts interest payment. Ocwen gets fee revenue from collecting your payments. If you don't pay, lenders will quit sending Ocwen more loans. In order for anyone to be able to help you, more info is needed. You haven't stated why your payments are behind. Are you on a FB plan ? How many payments are behind ? There's no secret answer to your questions - Make your payments on time. That's it - Pay Pay Pay to get the wolf off your back
