Dear "AndyR" You stated that you would like to thank the person the "Author" of the original report for bringing light to my "unprofessional ways" well that person's name is Ryan Olshan hes the original author of the report, he's a former business partner and someone who I thought was my friend so the thanks belong to him. While your thanking him I actually would like to thank you!! for taking the time out of your day on January 22, 2016 to enter the new year thinking about Odain Watson. After almost two years from the original author, Ryan Olshans post its great that you have a real concern for my well being and your making sure my "unprofessional ways" are being monitored. I'm actually just seeing this post on April 16 2016 as you put it I guess I've been busy being an "out of work" actor and "non designer" with no talent also I guess I've been busy "sneaking on the red carpet and getting kicked out" lol. Your statements are damaaging and hurtful and eerily familiar to Ryan Olshans post :) I know my truth and I'm going to refuse to indulge in mud slinging name calling and defending myself. I apologize if you feel I've wronged you in any way and welcome you to reach out to me personally  (Since we both know I know who you are) to resolve any issues that you may have with me  and appreciate you not trying to use a open forum to personally attack me and try to create a narrative of my reputation. Hello, "AndyR" Thank you on the feedback about myself, Odain Watson and appreciate your so called indepth analysis of my work ethic, personality and my personal and professional efforts. I would like to address your statements by first apologizing to you if you feel as though Ive wrong you in anyway since you seem to know so much about me, you seem gravely invested in whats going on in my life so much so I believe I know exactly who you are and invite you to reach out to me personally so we can address whatever issues you may have with me. Your statements are hurtful and damagaing and are personal attacks meant to damage my reputation. I am not perfect human being and I have made mistakes and have associated and trusted not all the best people which have lead to unfortunate mishaps in both my personal and professional life but these experieces I've learned from and moved on and as you probably know (Since you know me) my "mulitple arrest" were due to me being loyal and trusting and me not being a snitch!! As far as the beautiful amazing models from 2014 I wanted to support them and give them an opportunity and at the time I didnt know there was going to be an opporunity for a billboard but as far as I know it was all of there first name being on a billboard.  Thank you to the person who posted the original report shining a light on Odain's unprofessional ways. Odain has some crazy sense of entitlement. He thinks the world owes him something. Maybe it's because he has gone through some bad times as a kid, but many have. Maybe its his overly inflated ego. He says that he "starred" in the movie Tron but he basically had a non speaking role & had camera time that was less than 5 seconds. That billboard matter was a joke. He paid no one! None of the models got paid. He always said "it's for your portfolio", he never told anyone who took part in that billboard ad that he intended on going that extravagant with advertising. He just said it was for the portfolio & his website. One of his many lies. Also, he says that he is a fashion designer but thats not true. He has these ugly gold jackets that are over priced & outdated. He doesnt sketch his designs and he doesnt even sew, so how does that make him a fashion designer?! Odain is such a poser & a wannabe. He's so desperate to be famous. Those pictures that he posts about being at an awards show? That's nonsense too. He is an out of work "actor", he doesnt get invites to award shows. He goes to the signs & takes a picture next to the sign before security tells him to leave. He may go to after parties but those are common & much easier to get into than the awards ceremony. Odain doesnt put in the hard work & dedication that it takes to become successful in this industry. He thinks people should do things for him & kiss his butt. He is ungrateful for the people who have spent countless hours of their time, and their energy FOR FREE to help build this so called brand of his, and those who helped him & stood by his side when he was homeless because of the poor business & personal choices he made, along with the multiple arrests due to forgery, id theft & fraud. Odain needs to wake up from this fantasy he lives in. Sure we all have personal problems & make bad decisions from time to time but his actions affect many people. He hurts people to get what he wants, & what he wants is to be famous & seek validation from hollywood because he doesnt love & accept himself.

It is evident from all of the replies that Odain Watson and his defectors are not capable of posting professional and factual-based content and instead reply with emotion. Rodney Daniels’ reply is defamatory, extremely unprofessional, without merit and a true reflection on Odain Watson’s character as this an example of the questionable company Odain keeps as friends. I have kept all my replies professional and focused on facts and will continue to do so.

The Rodney Daniels that replied to this Rip Off Report is the same Rodney Daniels who conspired with Odain Watson in submitting fraudulent information and forged pay stubs to rental agents. Rodney Daniels’ name and phone number are listed on a rental application as Odain Watson’s landlord even though Rodney was never Odain’s landlord. This can only make one question the validity of Rodney’s response. Both Odain and Rodney should be aware it is a crime to knowingly submit false information on a rental application as this is considered fraud.

Julian Walder, the former intern of Odaingerous who replied to this report, was fired for rarely showing up to work. Odain lied to his teacher in regards to his internship and told his teacher he successfully completed the internship when he had in fact not.

If Odain Watson was in the wrong place at the wrong time, why was he arrested, convicted and found guilty of burglary, forgery (handwriting), forgery of an official government document and debit/credit card (access card) fraud in February 2012? Why do none of his friends reference this arrest from two years earlier? It is not the first time he has been in trouble for the same crimes he committed in April 2014. As is the case of Rodney, Odain has not learned his lesson and is still hanging out with the wrong people.

For those insisting I should handle this business with Odain privately, on several occasions, including the one leading up to this Rip Off Report, I had exhausted my attempts to do so as he has often gone silent for extended periods of time. For those asking how Odaingerous is relevant to this report, Odain asked me to join the company as a partner and then asked for a business loan for Odaingerous, which he, on several occasions, missed repayment for. This, therefore, involves Odaingerous.

This is Rodney Daniels and This is ridiculous!!! Really??? First off I know both Ryan Olshan and Odain Watson and we've all hung out for several years.  Odain Watson is one of my best friends and your not gonna come for him. Odain is one of the most loyal coolest friends and people I know. I'm not writing this because odain is my friend but this isn't right!! This is just some petty gay drama that's being created and odains business is his business the details of his personal life are not accurate to some  LASD website and if you see things as a loss then just let it go!

My experience with Ryan Olshan has been that of a bad attitude and racism who cares if your boyfriend/husband is black! Your a racist!! We all went out myself Odain Watson and Ryan Olshan and a few other friends we went to Mickys in West Hollywood and in the line Ryan Olshan almost got in a physical fight with several Latino gentlemen after calling them a spic and  saying they were nothing more than lawn mowers etc...

I've known Odain Watson the subject of this report for several years and was the and continue to be the chief graphic designer for the brand. My name is Andreas Ranasen and I was responsible the graphics for all the Odaingerous Billboards and branding. First I would like to address the statements regarding CBS Outdoor...Odain never lied to them about anything I was involved in the all dealings with them and Odain was told by someone (I'm with holding the person's name ) that he was associated with that they would be soley responsible for paying them I was there for the conversation. Unfortunately that didnt happen but that was no fault of Odain. This posting is a personal attack against  him as its focus is merely on his personal life which never affected Odaingerous as Ive been working with Odain for a while now and is not a representation of his character. I also know inside information regarding his case and it was simply wrong place wrong time and wrong people. Many people have had this experience. Odain is a great person and I consider him a good friend and hes great to do business with I've worked with him on several events and directly with him with Odaingerous.

Hello my name is Julian Walder I am a former intern and assistant to Odain Watson from Odaingerous. I started interning with Odaingerous while attending UC Santa Barbara then became a part-time employee assisting odain with various duties with Odaingerous. I am writing this because this posting doesnt depict who Odain really is Ive known him for years and even met Ryan a few times and this is just a unfortuante sitiuation cause this character attack is not the real Odain. I only had great experiences working with Odain and he has always encouraged me to be my best and work hard and I must say hes a very hardworker and doesnt deserve this. I know first had everthing that went down with his case and what is stated isnt what it seems Im sure Odain isnt saying certain things cause of legal reasons but I know what really happen. He may now have a record but I know its cause he didnt rat out his friend which speaks to his character and if you wanna judge him for that then go ahead. I dont know about him owing Ryan money I know nothing about that but I know Odain is a easy guy and hes not malicious so I'm sure theres some miscommunication involved. All I know is I worked directly with Odain with Odaingerous from the beginning and still consider him a friend and I only had great experiences and I learned a lot. That is what should be forcused on not trying to trash the guy over some people he got mixed up with that got him in trouble. 

In the eye of of the storm I am still Odain Watson one of the hardest working individuals in Hollywood and still clearly a sought after name. Eveyone has a past but what matters is your future. The purpose of this site is merely to report inaccurate defaming information against individuals which is clearly sad and this platform is simply a Z- List tabloid Im not here to trash Ryan Olshan the author of this rip-off report but i want to actaully thank him  (Shocker!!!!) through my journey in life Ive learned alot both personally and professionally and if I didnt go through this smear campaign the universe and God wouldnt have taught me the lessons I needed to learn to always create my own relaity, which is one of the cornerstones of Odaingerous and be the Phenoix who will always rise from the ashes at the end of the day Im ok and will always be and Im thankful for a successful year with Odaingerous  being on 5 TV Shows 3 celebrity placements in 2014  and counteless things in the works for 2015 all of which in part Ryan Olshan had a hand in as the Fall/Winter collection wouldnt had happen in part because of him....

so thank you Ryan..... myself and the team at Odaingerous will always be grateful youve been a great friend and its unfortunate things went south. My legal issues are my legal issues and didnt effect or would effect yourself nor Odaingerous.  This was merely wrong place wrong time and those who have been fortaunate to be in my inner circle know the truth .I have no problem with being honest with the public and my fans and telling the truth. The reality is no ones but God the parties involved and my attorney know what really went down what you read isnt always what it seems. Im blessed and moving forward. Once you Ryan Olshan you choose to use a public forum to try to defame me. Once again your reportings are inaccurate I never served 19 days in Jail you can contact my attorney for verify this information with my attorney, Jeremy Lessem  just because something is on the internet doesnt mean its accurate. I know who I am and own up to mistakes Ive made in the past but I'm no criminal by any means you have chosen to take the time to involve personal matters that did not not do not involve you or my comapny Odaingerous to persaonlly attack me over a "loan/investment" of around 2 thousand dollars which had partially been paid back. I was trying to communicate with you regarding last week and there was no repsonse so you choose once again to take this road. My phone was stolen and I texted your phone and NO RESPONSE and come to find out I dont have your updated number . Its very dissapointing that one can sot behind a computer but cant be professional to discuss whats really going on. For those of you reading this once again I'll never let someone or something define me. This is extremely petty and childish if you have a issue with me which you do keep it about that and stop trying to throw mud over you being vindictive. We use to friends youve been over my house as I have yours weve laughed together and cried together and now you want to take something that you know nothing about but what you read on a LASD website which isnt even accurate. According to Local Crime News, the reason Odain Watson was arrested in Beverly Hills on October 16, 2014 is California Penal Code Section 148(A) Resist/Obstruct/Delay Peace Officer.

According to the LASD Inmate Search: Odain Watson was arrested on September 11, 2014 and this is related to the conviction of his April 2014 arrest. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, but only served 19 days. Odain Watson was arrested again on October 16, 2014 in Beverly Hills. The reason for arrest is unknown, but is listed as a charge level of F (felony).

I had negotiated another contract with Odain Watson for repayment of the money owed. He chose the terms and I even reduced the payment amount to make it more affordable. On the 2nd payment, which is now past due, Odain lied to me and told me he sent a money order via mail when he in fact had not; it never arrived in the mail and he had no receipts or tracking numbers to prove its existence. He then agreed to deposit the payment in my bank account on two different days and failed on both. The only thing I got was excuses.

In September 2014 per the LA Court Criminal Index, Odain was convicted on all charges from his April arrest. Given his criminal activity and convictions according to the LA Court Criminal Index, I would strongly suggest anybody wanting to do business with Odain or any of his business entities stay clear away.

In Odain's prior replies he has done everything but address the facts presented, including:

1. Why did Odain tell a rental agent he makes $19,000 a month when he doesn't? Furthermore, why did Odain submit a forged pay stub to the rental agent and lie on his application? I have attached links to the forged pay stubs and a redacted version of the rental application. The taxes are incorrect on the pay stub as well are some of the calculations, red flags of the fraudulent nature of the pay stub. Odain is applying for his apartment under his company Odaingerous with their FEIN and not his actual SSN. You will also notice that Odain listed his friend Rodney as his landlord when in fact Odain was renting directly from the corporation that owned the building. Odain has rented at least 4 other apartments in LA, yet lists a New York address as his previous address. He also states that he has never been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony, yet court records state that he has.

2. Why hasn't Odain given an actual date and time in which he will repay the loan he claims he will repay?
3. If being caught up with the wrong people is the cause of Odain's legal woes, then why is he in legal trouble including allegations of identity theft and fraud for the 2nd time?
4. Why did Odain open an invoice account with CBS Outdoors, charge $6,500 worth of billboard ads to it and lie to his business partner telling him a friend paid for it? Why did he further lie to CBS and tell them he had paid for the billboards when in fact he had not (this is why they sent Odain to collections for $6,500).
5. Why hasn't Odain yet paid back the company in Las Vegas in which he charged their services to a stolen credit card?

Would like to once again to address this "Rip-Off" report as previously I'll never let someone or situation define who I am. I have admittedly made mistakes and maybe not have made the best judgement in people we can all fall victim to empty promises and misguidance and in doing so myself and my attorney Jeremy Lessem

are handling it in a private matter and I truly apologize and thank you for respecting my privacy. To all the readers please use me as a cautionary tale of being too trusting and the treacherous waters of Hollywood but also note through God anything is possible. I'm blessed that I have a platform to inspire educate and elevate people. I'm not going to continue to address personal and business attacks brought upon myself by Ryan Olshan the author of this "rip-off" report in public forum. His crusade is his crusade and wish him the best on his journey. My mothers passing has been a trying time and I'm focused on the future and personal growth. Additionally I'm proud to announce the reality series Living Odaingerously premiering in 2015 where you'll have an inside look of all the drama of starting a brand and the new Odaingerous Fall/Winter collection which I'm really excited about and the allegations stated in this ripoff report I've been filming all summer and can't wait to let you into my world. Throughout my journey with Odaingerous it's definitely lived up to its name but I'm proud of myself and my supporters even my haters as all of you have elevated me to a higher conscious and have contributed to my success. Like previously stated anyone who knows me, Odain Watson knows I'm a advocate for the underdog and seeing the best in people and sometimes that manifest itself in different ways.

There is nothing private about what has been disclosed nor am I attempting to capitalize off of any of this. All criminal records are public record unless sealed by court order. I did not enter into a NDA or other agreement while at Odaingerous, so there is no reasonable expectation of privacy for any other matters. These matters were brought to light publicly to protect others who deal with Odain Watson, Odaingerous or any related endeavors in the future.

This is the 2nd time that similar legal problems have surfaced. On similar grounds, I have emails in which Odain himself presents false information to a rental agent and claims to make $19,000 a month (which he does not) in the form of fraudulent/forged pay stubs. He also presented this false information on a rental application. Odain, while he claims to be innocent, has, per the emails sent to me, allegedly engaged in such behavior.

Odain's mother passed away later in the day on August 20, 2014, after the due time of 6:00 PM. He had 5 days prior to this date to make his payment since it was originally due on August 15, 2014. He was also late on the previous month's payment (July 2014). The payment terms, including due date and amount, were chosen by Odain and then signed into the form of an agreement. Odain was "not able" to make the payment prior to August 20, 2014, but yet found the time and money to go to a fashion trade show in Las Vegas sometime between August 15-20, 2014.

Upon hearing about the passing of his mother, I was very sympathetic went above and beyond to allow for a later payment date, even though per contract I was not obligated to. Odain told me he would make payment once landing in NYC on August 21, 2014. This never happened. From there, he went silent with not even a reply such as I will handle this on a specific date once I am back in LA.

It's very unfortunate that people take private matters and try to exploit and capitalize on a private sensitive situations. Yes I'm Odain Watson the person named in this report. Unfortunately I befriended and trusted some people who were doing some activities that don't truly represent who I am nor reflect the core of my brand, Odaingerous. I was misguided to believe certain business dealings and was a true victim of the wrong place at the wrong time and guilty by association. I started the brand Odaingerous as a means as a creative outlet, to provide opportunity for artist and with the message of creating your reality and finding your truth. In doing so one might encounter many ups and downs but I'll never let anyone or situation define me as a person. I'm owing my mistakes and taking this opportunity to address the allegations set forth against me.

The posted listed stems from a missed payment to former business partner Ryan Olshan ( the author of the report). Ryan did "invest" in Odaingerous around 2,000 and I agreed to pay him back on a monthly basis starting July 2014. Unfortunately my mother passed August 20, 2014 the due date was August 15th with and extension to August 20th. I rushed to LAX to rush to Rochester, NY and informed Ryan of this, which he didn't care he simply wanted his 390.11 dollars I found this extremely insensitive but to each their own. Upon reaching Rochester I was consumed not only by the grief of my mothers deaf but the responsibility of planning a funeral and being financially responsible. I reached out to a business associate who I was told  contacted Ryan Olshan about needing more time. I have every intention of paying Ryan Olshan the author this rip-off report back and I won't take this opportunity to personally attack him as I've been done as I considered him a friend but as previously stated unfortunately things change. The cases he mentions are a private matter and details are not what they seem. Like stated I was a victim of wrong place wrong time around the wrong people, being a public figure doesn't make me exempt of befriending the wrong people and being too trusting. My attorney Jeremy Lessem of Lessem and Newstat and I are handling things in a private matter  

Whether or not Odaingerous make one dollar or a million I'll always be Odain Watson and brand will always be Odaingerous. I've only set out to want the best for people and myself and always done my best to make that a major part of life. Anyone who truly knows me knows that. It's just unfortunate that one will take my mistakes and my mothers death as an opportunity to defame me.  It's an Odaingerous world out there and I will continue to Live Odaingerously Pray  and continue you to pursue all my creative endeavors thanks to all for supporting me and I won't let you down. As stated I've made mistakes but I'm a man and can own up to it but once again will never let someone or situation define me nor should you.
