First, on any rebate form you receive, please be sure to read the instructions very carefully and follow them to the letter. Manufacturers are very picky and are not forgiving if you miss a step. Most rebates will allow you to send copies of receipts and UPC codes now. For this reason it is important that you keep extra copies of everything you send in. To avoid the upc codes getting lost, it is advised that you attach the upc codes directly to the form. This keeps them from getting lost when the receiver opens the envelopes. If you have followed all of these steps and the manufacturers still won't honor your rebate, please go back to the store where you purchased the item and speak with the manager on duty. They can call the rebate issuer and try to work out the problem or honor the rebate directly out of the store. Please keep in mind that while we try to help with these issues, we have no recourse if you have not done your part or you have no documentation to support your claims. I hope this helps you.
