This company sent me a letter stated that I have won one million dollars. I had two option to receive my money. One was get thirty-three thousand three hundred thirty four dollars annual ($33,334.00) or get a lump-sum single payment of five hundred twenty-eight thousand dollars($528,000.00). Then they had me to fill the form out and put the affix lable on it and then send them $11.89 for acquistion fee.
