Ohio Governor Ted Strickland and his "appointed"...for $$$, OHIO STATE DENTAL BOARD is GUILTY of egregious PUBLIC CORRUPTION, CIVIL RIGHTS violations and denial of DUE PROCESS to hundreds of dentists, ANTITRUST violations by abusing their power and authority to limit competition and increase consumer costs by preventing competition by non-specialists, eg; orthodontics, via unjust suspension/ revocation of licensees right to practice comprehensive Dentistry.
Unjust Discrimination and unwarranted discipline of innocent dentists based on bribery from insurance companies with whom the dentist had a dispute, special interest groups (eg; orthodontists), and hearsay from vindictive ex-spouses and disgruntled/dishonest former employees which the Board protects in a veil of anonymity. This unconstitutional policy encourages 1) harassment by frivolous false claims since accusers are not required to sign an affidavit, 2) denies the dentist the ability to defend false accusations, 3) deprives the dentist of legal recourse for character defamation, and 4) leaves the dentist vulnerable to unjust actions against his license by a corrupt Board, stripping the dentist of his livlihood and irreparably damaging his reputation and family's relationships in the community (eg, children bullied at school, outcast from church family, professional and social alienation. Often divorce ensues from the intolerable strain, financial crisis, humiliating stress, and overwhelming injustice inflicted by an inconscionably cruel and blatantly corrupt Board.
The Political Prostitutes sitting on the Board circumvent laymakers intent by creating new titles for themselves to avoid legislative term limits, devise unjust means to attack licensees, eg; "Automatic" suspension and "Indefinite" suspension, which has the severe effect identical to Revocation when they know there are no legitimate grounds to revoke a dentist's license.
REFORM THE OHIO STATE DENTAL BOARD and replace these cold and calculating CRIMINALS with a new era of members chosen for their EXPERTISE & INTEGRITY, not postions bought by political pay-offs, aka "contributions."
Their economic crimes and crimes against the profession need to be exposed by the IRS, FTC, FBI, and U.S. Attorneys Office as a RICO conspiracy!

It's funny how when you discipline quack dentists they get on the internet and file a report like this...if it wasn't for the OSDB these morons would continue to do shoddy work and hurt consumers....
Go back to India and practice dentistry there where you can can cripple as many people as you want...

The State Board system of Regulation of professional Licensure is nothing more than a state sanctioned SORORITY HOUSE comprised of controlling, manipulative bitches with ulterior motives! What a pathetic outrage and abuse of PUBLIC FUND$.

I was thinking the exact same thing.... Apparently Rita has a new enemy! Maybe her boyfriend is a dentist? She's been quiet for a long time and I thought perhaps she had finally received some psychiatric help (and medication!). Can't wait to see how this pans out. Are there any Ohio dentists out there who can respond???

Is it sheer coincidence that the CORRUPT RICO entity aka OHIO STATE DENTAL BOARD
has had as its exec directors for the past 2 Decades of Depravity and Graft, female lawyers named LILI, even spelled the same???

now that Gov. Ted Strickland is distancing himself from the stench that he appointed
and signing HB 215 mandating REFORM of the egregiously corrupt dental board, operating rogue for years with loose cannons like Larry Powell trampling on dentists' rights, barging into offices and making outrageous false claims such as,
"Let me see your arms. I know you are SHOOTING UP HEROINE during lunch!" This in a busy open bay practice surrounded by parents of patients and a dozen auxilliaries all mothers themselves! WHO'S ON DRUGS!!! Perhaps Larry Powell should be DRUG TESTED!!!
And combining the only 3 frivolous complaints over a 5 year period, already dismissed by small claims court as LACKING MERIT into cause to destroy a nationally respected leader in his specialty, the lives of his children and elderly parents and render them impoverished by a protracted witch hunt over many years and hundredsof thousands of dollars trying to defend against RECORDS and DUE PROCESS DENIAL.
Add to that the Director's slandering the dentist to every professional organization and contact listed on his resume causing widespread alienation and rendering the dentist unemployable in multiple states. Top it off with the OSDB's exploiting news media and the INTERNET to CYBER SLANDER the doctor's good name and reputation so that anyone able to Google their name sees outrageous defamation and lies so outrageous that the good Dr. cannot even get a job washing windows! TRUE!!!
Federal Investigators are finally taking note of these Board-appointed Crimnals, who bought their way into positions of power to exploit via political contribution.
Lili's croonies such as Edward R. Hills,Cleveland; William J. Lightfoot,Dublin; and Eleanore Awadalla,Toledo who prides herself on "buying Politicians" and "ONLY FOOLS PAY TAXES!" philosophy whose corrupt skeletons are finally being uncovered will surely become the poster faces for PUBLIC CORRUPTION and breach of duty to the state agency, the profession they purposefully wronged and failure to the Public they were sworn to protect.
