Old Country Buffet Lied to by the most polite customer service. Internet
My grandmother called Old Country Buffet and order a gift card for a Christmas gift. They deducted the charge three times causing her to incur overdraft charges. Old Country Buffet corrected the error and said they would send her the gift card free of charge to compensate for the overdraft but they never did send her the gift card. I am a blogger for a large mid-western newspaper and I plan to blog about this and post to every consumer complaint website I know of. I wish she had asked me before doing business with these people as they have a lot of negative posts all over the web.
