Aptito.com was unlawfully stolen from original founder by Oleg Firer who is the CEO of Net Element.
Aptito mobile point of sale software was never paid for since it was unlawfully stolen in June of 2013.
Legal action will be taken against Oleg Firer, Net Element and any business caught using Aptito software.
