Ollie the Trolley - Dunn Transportation DO NOT Book a Holiday Light Tour Scottsdale, Arizona
You will not get what you pay for. Do not book a holiday light tour with Ollie the Trolley. At $2.50 a minute & a 3 hour minimum ($450), I was clearly ripped off. The pick up location was only 20 minutes from the light tour site (Moon Valley) where over 30 guests boarded the trolley. Besides the fact that the trolley arrived 15 minutes late to the scheduled event, more time was spent searching for lights than admiring them. What's worse is that the trolley had a heating/cooling problem. The front of the trolley was hot while the back was cold and vice versa. It was clear the driver assigned to my event had not driven the route prior to my tour date on 12/19/09. She stated, "Well, that house was lit up last year." According to Paul, the weekend/evening Charter Manager, "the Moon Valley Light Tour isn't as great as the East Valley Light Tour and maybe next year, I will be given a discounted tour." All my guests were equally disappointed with this company. I did write this company and requested a refund. They received my letter on 12/23/09 and I have yet to hear back from them.

I think it's noteworthy to mention that a few weeks later this company refunded me $225 (1/2) the cost of the trip.
