Olson Powersports Olson Powersports screwed my daughter and I-don't buy anything from them. New Braunfels Texas
I thought I was doing good. I got somebody to answer the phone on the first try. I was able to negotiate a good deal (I thought) on a four wheeler for my 8 yr olds birthday.
They told me they would ship it out on the following Tuesday (this was Friday). By the following Friday I still had no tracking number or any kind of receipt for my purchase. I started calling and calling.
I could not get an answer from anybody. I even had other people try to call from different #s trying to get somebody to answer. Nothing. The following Monday I went to the bank and put a stop to my debit card and began the process of trying to get my money back.
The bank said they would investigate the problem. Within 3 weeks or so- I got a letter from the bank saying they would give me my money back. Within the next couple of days- a four wheeler arrived. Still no word from Olson Powersports. The four wheeler had very poor instructions that were not correct or even correctly spelled. Once it was put together it did not even say it had all the things the manuel said it did.
Within 3 months it has developed problems. The gas tank leaks, the fuel filter leaks so fast that it won't hold gas for more than a couple of minutes, bulbs burned out, key switch has glitches.
It would be different if I had a man around to fix little things, but I don't. That is why I thought I was buying a New Atv and one under warranty.
