i purchased a atv for my son who saved his money and wanted a youth atv..talked to mtt navarrothe employee and he took my order.waited three weeks to get the item and upon opening the box it was the wroung color and wrong model..i ordered a 125 fi semi automatic and tree camo fenders.they sent me a armry camo and fully automatic .they said this was a better model and they would send me the skins(fenders asap)that was aug 19 th and still no fenders
after just an hour riding around the flat yard the clutch broke and the atv stopped......after going round and round with matt and brandon(the owner) they took two weeks to send a better clutch and that two broke after 25 mins of use and no hills yet.
finally the said take the motor out and send it back to his rep at taotao usa and he will send out a nbew motoer.they got the motor on oct3 rd and still have refused to send out the correct skins, and motor..i have had heated calls to brandon and matt and johnny cai and still no resolve and brandon hangs up with me and doesnt understand that this problem has gone on for thrre months and the one who is suffering is my 12 yr old son who worked hard for this and is being taken andvantage of by a sh*ty business man in the state of teaxs
please avoid this cvompany and dealer very poor dealer and texas law should be notified of the ripp off this man and workers are doing
and by the was for anyone loking for brandons cell its 830-481-3903 and he would love to hear from you and he is always in and not screening his calls by matt.

as to the date of 11/24/08 there still is no resolve to the junk atv sitting in my yard from olson powersports and they are refusing to pick it up.and i have filed a dispute and charge back for my money and he can fight for it as he will never see it again..also contacted and filed with bbb and texas atty general for he needs to be shut down..

i have also filed a complaint with the teaxas atty general and consulting my atty for lemon law gudielines and ways to retreive my funds and get this piece of chiese crap out of my yard....... i also have copies of e mails fron and to theses guys and most were never replied to just read.......
